Alison Miraglia has been a resident of Kennett Square for 16 years. She has been married also for 16 years. She has 3 kids who attend schools in the Kennett Consolidated School District and who are also involved in various sports and activities. She is currently a childcare coordinator for Willowdale Chapel, dog walker, and club field hockey coach. Prior to having children, Alison was an international relocation manager. Some of her passions include music (singing), field hockey, camping, kayaking, dogs, sushi, and more recently, elder care after having to move her mother to a nursing home. Alison loves helping people and feels that being a greeter with Welcome Neighbor helps combine her past career with her current life, and allows her the opportunity to share her love of Kennett Square with new members of the community.
Donna Walter has been a Chester County resident for approx. 24 yrs. She is married with 2 stepdaughters who both are Chadds Ford Unionville graduates.
Donna loves meeting new people, entertaining and cooking, exploring new restaurants, traveling and working out.
She is an esthetician and certified health coach and bridges both businesses with her Arbonne business recommending non toxic products to her clients. She is very passionate about helping others and loves bringing people together.

Hi, I am Grace Gutzler, I have been a Representative with welcome neighbor now about 4 months! I am a native of South Jersey and moved to Oxford Pennsylvania 20 years ago. My husband is Tom and I have two daughters and three grandchildren. I am a retired hair stylist and till do hair at the Luther House. I am also a Mary kay Independent Beauty Consultant.

Hi I'm Allison Keefe and I have been working with Welcome Neighbor for 2 years. I've lived in Chester County my entire life (except for when I went to college in Maryland.) My husband and I are blessed to have 3 wonderful children ages 9 (girl) ,7 (boy), and 2 (boy). They keep me very busy! I am also on the PTO board at my children's school. Before becoming a mommy, I was a teacher for 8 years. I taught first grade and loved it. I enjoy exercising, watching my children play sports, photography and going to the beach! Hello, I’m Pat Liebermann, and I am now going into my 6th year with the Welcome Neighbor program. I enjoy visiting, meeting and greeting new residents in and around Hockessin areas as well as the Southern Chester County where I live.
Moving to a new home is stressful and moving to a new area, or in some cases new country, even more so. This I did myself some 13 years ago so understand the needs very well. I have worked and assisted with relocations of people both from overseas & within the US.
In my free time I love to travel, I enjoy getting out and gaining more information on new places, which I am always happy and willing to share with people I visit. I enjoy hiking in the local preserves, yoga, movies and also have for some years been strongly involved with helping animal rescue in the area for a non-profit shelter.
For many years Pat volunteered with Faithful Friends, a non-profit animal shelter in Wilmington, Delaware. She and her late dog, Ellie, trained as a volunteer team, by entering their pet therapy program. They then visited less fortunate (usually older) people in residential nursing homes to cheer them up with a wagging tail and a friendly visit. Pat went on to become a Lead Volunteer and helped train other people and their dogs.

Sherlynn is a native of northern Delaware and is a Visiting Representative in the Bethel Township part of Concord Territory. She and her husband Bill have raised 2 children and now enjoy 6 grandchildren, most of whom are nearby. Sherlynn’s varied professional background includes: an X-Ray Technologist at A.I. DuPont Hospital, an elected local School Board Member, and for the past 21 years, after getting so interested in the schools her children attended, went back for further education and became a Literacy Specialist in DE public schools.
In preparation for retiring from education this past June, Sherlynn was looking for something that would be fun, flexible, and bring in a little extra income. She happened to read about Welcome Neighbor and after talking to Anne Pounds, realized that it was a perfect fit! She enthusiastically joined our team in February and has really enjoyed meeting and assisting all the new families as they get acclimated to their new surroundings. “What a great way for new folks to learn about local small businesses and pique their interest in trying their goods and services after receiving our personal introduction and a generous gift certificate from each business.”
